Danny Kaye (1946-1949) – Eve Arden reportedly started going out with actor, comedian, television presenter, singer, and dancer Danny Kaye in 1946. They have previously worked together in the Broadway production of Let’s Face It! in 1941. The duo parted ways in 1949.

Brooks West (m. 1952; died 1984) – In 1952, Arden married actor Brooks West and they remained together until his death from a brain hemorrhage in 1984 at age 67. She gave birth to their son Douglas Brooks West on September 17, 1954.
